WEEKLY RENTALS

During the season, the cottage is available for rent on the basis of a six day week with Friday check in and Thursday check out. The rates for 2013, for up to six people are:

$2,000 plus 10% tax July 12nd through September 5th
$1,340 plus 10% tax May 24th through July 11th
$1,440 plus 10% tax

September 6th through September 30th
$1,130 plus 10% tax rest of year

We accept PaypalThese rates are for Paypal. There is a small discount for paying by personal check.

A full week's rental is required to hold your reservation. This may be paid by personal check if there is sufficient time for the check to clear. Upon arrival, we request that you pay a $500 security deposit by cashier's check or cash.

Because we only have one rental property, we must ask for 31 days notice for a full refund, less a $100 service fee. If we have less than 31 days, and we are able to rent the property, we will give you a full refund, less a $100 service fee. If we are not able to rent the property, we will withhold 50% of the rent.

Discounts are available for longer stays. Please contact us for off-season rates for shorter stays.

The security deposit is completely refundable, if the premises are not damaged, nothing has been taken, and all financial obligations have been met.

Lake Crescent Cottage and its grounds are absolutely non-smoking.

CHILDREN AND PETS

We cannot rent to parties with children under the age of six. The building is not childproofed, and the lake is deep. Children six and up will love staying here, and we will love having them, but they should know how to swim.

We are sorry, but no pets are allowed. We are in a National Park.

TELEPHONE AND INTERNET


There is local telephone service, but you will need a calling card to make long distance calls.

There is high speed internet access via satellite. This access is subject to our agreement with our ISP and the relevant laws.
